Summary

This is a full-time position that is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, creating, and facilitating in-person and virtual training. In addition, this position is responsible for handling learning management system administration tasks and creating e-learning. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and facilitate engaging and interactive training on subjects as directed by the supervisor
  • Schedule training sessions, manage session invites, and track attendance
  • Coordinate with training venues, caterer, Maintenance Department, and IT Department as necessary to ensure proper training set up and logistics
  • Create and prepare training materials
  • Perform learning management system administration tasks
  • Create, update, and evaluate e-learning content
  • Compile training evaluation data and produce reports of consolidated information
  • Create communications and internal marketing for training programs

Qualifications

  • An associate degree in human resources, organizational development, or an associated field, and two (2) years of previous experience facilitating training, teaching, and/or public speaking, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and techniques
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to comfortably interact and build trust with all levels of employees
  • Able to conduct research, assimilate information, and deliver it in a format conducive to learning
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to learning and stays abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
