This is a full-time position that is responsible for gathering and analyzing configuration requirements for HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) to enhance functionality, streamline user experience, and implement workflow automation. Collaborating with third-party SaaS providers and IT, the position ensures seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. The role also includes developing HR dashboards, providing workforce analytics, and offering technical support and training to HR staff while staying up to date with the latest HR technology trends.
