This is a full-time position that is responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. It involves conducting needs assessments on organizational design and culture, as well as administering employee engagement surveys. The position also supports change management initiatives and acts as a key HR advisor, collaborating on promotion decisions, reward strategies, and leadership development.
