Summary

This is a full-time position that is responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. It involves conducting needs assessments on organizational design and culture, as well as administering employee engagement surveys. The position also supports change management initiatives and acts as a key HR advisor, collaborating on promotion decisions, reward strategies, and leadership development. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business unit leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide advice on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning
  • Lead performance management processes, including development planning and performance improvement
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies for key roles across business units
  • Design and administer employee surveys, including engagement surveys and Net Promoter Scores
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotion decisions and reward strategies
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects
  • Act as a key HR influencer, leveraging business acumen to advise business unit leadership, managers, and employees

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with seven (7) or more years or HR experience, including at least three (3) years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing, multi-industry organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
